Virtual Training

 
Our Virtual Training Program is very unique.  Virtual Training is for the athlete that is self motivated to train but may need the guidance on how to train, or the athlete that lives out of town and can't get the hands on training here at NGSP.  With the Virtual Training Program you will receive weekly workouts, video demonstration, a meal plan, and nutritional guidance.  You will also receive phone or email conferences to keep you and Chris up to date on your progress.  Along with all that you will get a training log to keep track of your sessions.  For more information on our Virtual Training Program call or email us.
