Tyler

Tyler is 7 years old and has been racing for just 2 years now. In his first year he was a little on and off or hot and cold, but this last year Tyler achieved all the goals he set out to do. He wanted to place in the top 10 at a National and at the Oakhill National he placed 9th. Tyler made it to all the Nationals and area qualifiers for Loretta's as well. Well, at the Glen Helen Regional Tyler placed 5th overall giving him a spot at the 2008 Loretta Lynn National. He just started doing some light training to improve speed, balance, hand eye coordination, and even a little strength and muscle conditioning. Being Chris's son he has a pretty good hook up for a trainer. Tyler just moved up to the 7-8 class so 2009 will be a testing season to set himself up for a dominant 2010 season...He had a minor set back before the Texas Nationals breaking his collar bone while practicing. He sat out 6 weeks and came back stronger than ever and also made the move to 65's. He will continue to race 50's but due to his size the 65 fits him nicely and he loves it. Ponca will be the only National he attempts this season.
