Testimonials

Chris,

I would like to take a few minutes to express our deepest thanks for what you are doing with Justin.  He moved to the big bikes a little early and we noticed immediately that his lack of physical strength was going to be an issue.  He's always had a very solid riding program and since he was still growing, we thought that riding, and a little cardio, may be all he needed.  Boy were we ever wrong !!   Your workouts have given him way more than just increased physical strength.  He has gained a level of muscular endurance that we never dreamed was possible, and with all this....comes the confidence to make the bike do what he wants it to do.   I really wish we had found you BEFORE he moved to big bikes.  There is no doubt in my mind that we could have avoided a whole year of struggling to hold on.   His win in the 450 Open Class at Mini O's was the true result of the strength that your workouts have given him.  6 months ago he couldn't even hold on to the 250.  Now he is throwing the 450 around like a rag doll.  It's truly amazing.
I really wish we could be in Texas more often, but living 12 hours away makes it almost impossible to work one-on-one with you on a regular basis.  The Virtual Performer Program is Genius !!  With each exercise being demonstrated for him on video, there is no way he can do them wrong.   And with something different to do each day, it keeps him from getting bored.  I've never seen him this motivated or this focused.  Adding NGSP to his program was the piece he's always been missing.  Thanks again.

Chris,

Where do I start?  Well first let me first say that after looking at your website and watching the video of your highlighted fights I now understand what makes Beau have the drive and dedication to be the best he can be.  It is very clear to his Dad and I that you have inspired him and put a fire in his eye that has taken him to a new level.    You have been a great mentor for him even since he has been injured over the past two months.  I have no doubt in my mind that if Beau had not been in such good physical condition for the Mini O’s that his accident would have been much worse than a broken femur and collar bone.   I was also very impressed to see that you took time out everyday to visit him in the hospital which tells me you are more than just a trainer with a professional position but you are a friend and you truly care about your team.    I would recommend you to any parent who was interested in hiring a trainer not only because you know what you’re doing but because you have a high level of Integrity and that my friend is hard to come by these days!   Thank you and Jenn again for opening up your home to Beau and encouraging him to reach new levels.

 Sincerely,  The Hudson Family

Chris,

Our family would like to thank you for working with Cody with such dedication this past spring.  Cody is a new comer to the MX world but was seasoned when it came to the passion of physical training.  Your program took what he drive he had in PT and made it quite the challenge both mentally and physically for him.  Ultimately giving him what it takes to be out on that track pushing hard each and every time.
The one other thing as a parent that has really meant so much to us, is the type of environment you have in your home.  Both you and Jenn welcome these riders and give them a safe, positive and healthy home to be in, we thank you for that!  We would highly recommend your program to any rider and their family.

Chris,

My family and I would just like to say thank you for your help in training Blake and Terren. It has had a very positive effect on them in their physical well being and their mental focus.  Your training program is outstanding and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is racing motocross or just wanting to get in the best possible shape they can be in.  You and your family are a very positive influence on all these kids.  Keep up the good work,

Thank you, Richard Godin

Our oldest son Chaz started working with Chris in the spring of 2008. After starting with Chris we noticed huge gains in both Chaz' physical & mental, strength & attitude. Chris took Chaz in like he was one of his own, setting a routine that instilled endurance, strength & confidence. Chaz went from a middle of the pack motocross & off-road racer to leading his class by quite a distance & was actually getting allot of the "When you gonna move up?!" questions. His physical abilities & steadfast determination were improved tenfold as a result of the hard & rigorous training regimens he had with Chris.

Well, late in August, tragedy struck us. Chaz was practicing for a race up near the Oklahoma Texas border, when he crashed & sustained a "TBI" (Traumatic Brain Injury), lacerated liver, broken back & broken tibia. Doctors told us he would be in the hospital for several weeks & then released to an inpatient rehab center in Dallas for no less than six weeks. He didn't know who my wife & I were, or his little brother. He had no clue what had happened. Days later when Chaz came to, he said he would break all of those dates & be home in no time. Chaz was released to rehab in one week & was then released from inpatient rehab after only two weeks! Tami & I truly believe that it was due to the motivation & confidence that, we had instilled in Chaz, but Chris took what was there & built a mountain with it. Chaz didn't just lay around the hospital; he took that energy & put it to work in another situation where it was needed more than ever. Chris & Chaz' kept in touch & their relationship went way beyond the track, it was a friendship that to this day is very strong. Chris is an important part of our family, even though Chaz can't race anymore. Chaz is home, back in school & leading a normal life now. I wish I could write this & talk about the big national title Chris lead us to or some big series we just won. But I can't. We fell just short of all those goals...............the guy just helped save my son's life!!

We spend allot of money on bikes to make sure that they run flawlessly. We spend allot of money on gear to protect the rider. Why wouldn't you spend some money & fine tune the rider’s body & mind? Like I said it goes way beyond the track & you never know when you will need it the most.
