Nutrition is between 50-70% of a complete training program.  A lot of people think because they aren't fat or because they feel good in training or competing in their sport that they don't need to eat well.  I know you have heard the cliché "You are what you eat" or "Would you put bad gas in your race bike".  These couldn't be truer.  Even if you feel pretty good racing or training after eating bad foods, imagine how you would perform if you ate properly.  Our goal is to be stronger for longer and Nutrition is a HUGE part of that.  Let us help you get on the right track eating the right foods for your sport.  Learn what to eat on race day and how to properly stay hydrated on hot humid days
