Daily

Daily training is exactly that.  This is our basic program for local athletes that want to get in amazing shape by training at least 3 days a week in an enjoyable atmosphere.  With this program you can either get one on one training or group training with the rest of the team.  You will also get other benefits like our nutritional guidance and hands on motivation.
